The Nearsighted Beast Savior

Vet's blind kindness tames legendary beasts

Veterinarian Chloe Valentine falls through a concealed entrance into a clinic serving creatures of legend. Her severe nearsightedness renders fanged horrors and the imposing Abyss Lord as harmless blurs, so she examines a snarling hellhound with the same steady hands she uses on house cats. Because she never registers the dread paralyzing everyone else, her ordinary clinical routine accidentally soothes ancient beings and forges unlikely alliances.
