More Than a Trainer: The Secret Matriarch

Catherine's concealed authority upends the gala's social order.

Rella brings Catherine to an elite gala where wealthy attendees sneer at the older woman's stable-stained clothes, certain she rode her daughter's coattails inside. Mockery curdles into panic when the city's most feared tycoons burst through the doors and prostrate themselves before the horse trainer, addressing her with titles that imply command over their empires. Rella stands frozen as the women who ridiculed her mother scramble to kiss the hem of a woman she thought she knew.
