Dragon and Antelope

Outcast chooses to protect his captor against hunters.

Cast out by his herd for mismatched eyes and broken horns, Leonardo the antelope beastman expects death when the last dragon, Gareth, carries him off. Instead, the ancient creature treasures him above centuries of hoarded gems, refusing to trade the very features his kin rejected. As Panther raiders and Dragon Slayers converge on their sanctuary, the dynamic shifts from captor and captive to something far more dangerous. Leonardo faces a defining choice: remain the prey his nature dictates, or transform into the one being a dragon would incinerate the world to defend.
