Board the full series

Shaun must protect the kidney from Jessica's threats.

Elite surgeon Shaun transports a donor kidney aboard a commercial jet for billionaire Derek Wolf's covert transplant. A pre-flight lavatory delay involving Kim, mother of Derek's future granddaughter-in-law Jessica, triggers public humiliation from Jessica when Shaun pushes for departure. Mid-flight, Kim suffers cardiac arrest; Shaun resuscitates her, fracturing ribs in the effort. Instead of gratitude, Jessica demands a degrading apology and threatens to destroy the organ container unless Shaun submits, forcing him to reveal the patient's identity to save the cargo.
